本現金增資案發行之普通股為78,000,000股，約占增資後流通在
外普通股股份8.83%，應不致對原股東權益造成重大影響，且本
案籌募資金係為因應未來長期策略發展及營運成長之資金需求，
提升經營效益，對公司未來發展應具正面效益，且對股東權益應
尚無不利之影響。
